Questions and answers

What is free, and what does the full game include?

The Prologue and the first night are free to play, as often as you like. One purchase, Full Print Run, unlocks the rest of the game: the remaining nights and The Last Edition with both endings, the other printers, every plate, halftone, stamp and paper stock, and Free Night, Daily Print, Overtime and Pressure 1–10. Your progress so far carries over. The price is shown in the game and in your store.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device or after reinstalling?

Open the Full Print Run screen in the game and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with. If it says there is nothing to restore, check that you are signed in to the right store account and online, then try again.

My purchase says it is waiting for approval.

Some family settings, such as Ask to Buy, need a parent or guardian to approve a purchase first. The game unlocks as soon as it is approved, even after a restart. Nothing is charged until then.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. On iPhone and iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Google Play, use your order history in the Play Store, or write to us and we will help. If a purchase is refunded, the full game locks again, but your progress and saved prints are kept.

Does the game need an internet connection?

No. You can play offline. The game goes online only to show the price, buy or restore the full game, and check that the purchase is still valid. Once unlocked, the full game stays unlocked offline. See the privacy policy.

Where is my progress saved? Can I move it to another device?

Your progress, settings and zines are saved on the device you play on. There is no account and no cloud save, so progress does not move to another device by itself. Your purchase does: restore it on the new device.

How do I start over?

Open Settings and choose Reset progress, then confirm twice. This removes campaign progress, tips, supplies and the saved zine shelf on this device and cannot be undone. Your settings, your purchase and any zine images you already shared or exported are kept.

How do I save or share my zine?

At the end of a night, the run prints as a zine page. Tap Share to hand the image to your device's share sheet, where you can save it to your photos or files, print it or send it.

Which languages does the game support?

Menus, story text and captions come in English and Swedish. The short spoken opening is in English, with captions in both languages. You can change the language in Settings.

What accessibility and comfort options are there?

The first launch offers reduced motion, reduced flashes, text size and music. Settings adds colour profiles and ink patterns so inks are easy to tell apart, sound captions, mono audio, screen shake and vibration levels, UI and HUD scale, touch-stick size, side and dead zone, sticky movement, game speed and optional assists such as damage taken and pickup reach. Assists never block story, unlocks or endings.

Is there advertising or anything random to buy?

No. There are no ads, no loot boxes, no in-game currency and no timers. The only purchase is the one-time full game.
